•Shy: she is a very shy girl that never starts a conversation and tends to run away when spoken to.
•Blunt- when she is in a conversation, she tends to say whatever comes to her mind, not in a bad way but in an innocent way.
•Benign- even though she may be scared or hate you, she will try and help you when you are in trouble. If you are her friend, she will do whatever you ask with pleasure.
•Nervous- always fidgets and may burst out flailing her arms when threatened.

History: ♠ Yumi was born in a very normal family. She lives with her mom and three younger brothers. Her father passed away when the triplets were born and the mom was stuck doing everything in the house. Yumi tried her best helping her and never thought of leaving the house or going on a Pokémon journey.
One day, Yumi found a letter in her room that was from her father. He wrote it to her before her 12th birthday and said how he was proud of her and that he hopes to see her become a strong trainer as he did when he was younger. Yumi was inspired and decided to talk to her mom about starting a journey, even though she was terrified. Her mom agreed and even encouraged her to go, saying she will take care of things at home.
Soon after she visited Professor Rowan and obtained her pokedex, she received a letter from the Sonnet region. She thought it was a perfect opportunity to start her journey and fulfill her father’s wishes.

Attacks:
Stomp-The foe is stomped with a big foot. It may also make the target flinch.
Stone Edge-The user stabs the foe with a sharpened stone. It has a high critical-hit ratio.
Earthquake- The user sets off an earthquake that hits all the Pokémon in the battle.
Hammer Arm- The user swings and hits with its strong and heavy fist. It lowers the user’s Speed, however.
Ability: Rock Head

History: Yumi met Glutta while going on a hike in Unova’s White Forest on a school trip in elementary school. The poor rhyhorn was starving and Yumi felt bad so she gave her lunch to it. The rhyhorn immediately felt bonded with Yumi and followed her all the way back to Sinnoh without her knowing. When she arrived home, she had to drag her suitcase which was weighing much more than usual. In her room, she opened it and found the rhyhorn. Her mom found out and decided it was a good start for Yumi to get some confidence. Yumi name the rhyhorn Glutta (some form of glutton) due to her excessive eating habit.
Now both of them have a very close and Yumi always has an extra bento for Glutta. She is also Yumi’s most derpiest but powerful Pokémon. They always have each other’s backs.

Nature: Careful

Attacks:
Flamethrower-The foe is scorched with an intense blast of fire. The target may also be left with a burn.
Payback-If the user can use this attack after the foe attacks, its power is doubled.
Flame Burst-The user attacks the target with a bursting flame. The bursting flame damages Pokémon next to the target as well.
Hex- This relentless attack does massive damage to a target affected by status problems.
Ability: Flash Fire

History: Yumi met Lucius one day when it was raining hard outside. The little vulpix was caught in the storm and hid under the house’s porch. After the storm subsided, Yumi went out to check if the wash was fine due to her mother being busy with her young siblings. As she did, she found the petrified vulpix and tried to get it out, only to be bitten. Frightened, Yumi ran back inside and sat in her room scared for hours. Later that day, she went out to check under the porch again and saw the same vulpix there shivering. It still glared at her. Again, she ran back outside but came back with a plate of food. The vulpix neglected the food at first, but when Yumi came back the next day, the plate was empty. Yumi was happy and repeated the same action for several days. Slowly, the bond between her and the vulpix grew stronger. One day the vulpix came out from under the porch and waited for Yumi on the steps. From that day on, they became a team.
Lucius is a very proud Pokémon that doesn’t trust others easily. He dearly cares for Yumi and always is overprotective of her. She is Yumi’s trusty Pokemon and one of her strongest.

Nature: Bashful

Attacks:
Confusion-The foe is hit by a weak telekinetic force. It may also leave the foe confused.
Calm Mind-The user quietly focuses its mind and calms its spirit to raise its Sp. Atk and Sp. Def stats.
Future Sight-Two turns after this move is used, the foe is attacked with a hunk of psychic energy.
Teleport-Uses it to flee from any wild Pokémon. It may also be used to warp to the last Poké Center visited.
Ability: Synchronize

History: Yumi got Marcy as a gift from her father when he went to Hoenn for a business trip. The ralts reminded her father of Yumi and decided to capture it.
Not much is known from both ends due to Marcy being a more recent member but is a Pokémon version of Yumi. Whenever they both feel sad, they comfort each other as they know how it feels and both cheer each other on when battling.

Attacks:
Toxic- A move that leaves the target badly poisoned. Its poison damage worsens every turn.
Venoshock- The user drenches the target in a special poisonous liquid. Its power is doubled if the target is poisoned.
Sludge Bomb-The user attacks by hurling filthy sludge at the foe. It may also poison the target.
Shadow Ball-The user hurls a shadowy blob at the foe. It may also lower the foe’s Sp. Def stat.
Ability: Liquid Ooze

History: Yumi and Mr. Gup met in an interesting way. Yumi was on her way to professor Rowan’s lab to start her Pokémon journey when suddenly a blurry green blob hit her in the face as she went through the Great Marsh. She staggered and fell down a few ledges. When she awoke, the green blob was staring at her. She had never seen such a thing and quickly ran away terrified. As she finally arrived at the lab, she sighed and opened the door, to be met in the face by the blob again. She screamed and flailed as the scientists had to help remove the blob. After calming down and getting her pokedex, she slowly went out of the lab and the blob was waiting for her. Yumi stood there petrified and held her new pokedex to her chest. The pokdex made a noise and she looked at it, it started to state information about the blob th Gulpin infront of her. Knowing mpre about the pokemon, she started to walk away and a pokeball fell out of her pocket and hit the Gulpin, capturing it. Yumi was horrified but couldn’t leave it be.
Mr. Gup loves Yumi ever since he first spotted her, but Yumi begs to differ. Even though she does show him affection, she tries to keep away since Mr. Gup shows a bit too much love; always jumping into her face. He may be small, but he does carry a powerful punch and won’t let anyone touch Yumi.
